Payment Policy
All on-line and open training classes require prepayment by one of the following methods to confirm your seat:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Debit Card
- Check
Orders paid by check must be paid in full at least 15 calendar days before the class start date.
Cancellation policy
The policies below apply to all on-line and open training courses.
Cancellation by Attendee
Attendee will receive a refund only if Ten Six receives a notice of cancellation at least 15 full calendar days before the class start date. No refund will be given if Ten Six does not receive a notice of cancellation 15 full calendar days before the class start date, but the class may be rescheduled or another individual may attend in Attendee’s place.
Rescheduling by Attendee
Attendee can reschedule a class without penalty and must take the class no later than 3 months after the initial class start date.
Attendee Substitutions
A different individual may attend the scheduled class as long as the change is made no less than 2 business days prior to the start date of the class.
Non-Attendance
If an Attendee does not attend a scheduled session (no show), payment for the session is forfeited. The Attendee may not reschedule the session.
Online Video Training Classes
Due to the nature of online video training classes, no refunds are available and all sales are final. Attendees have access for 2 years. Pricing is per individual user. Sharing your login information with other users is strictly prohibited and is closely monitored by a sophisticated AI detection system.
Cancellation by Ten Six
Ten Six reserves the right to change or cancel class dates at any time.
