Prerequisites: Basic project management and scheduling knowledge. No previous experience working with Primavera P6 R8.1 necessary. Previous experience with other project scheduling tools an advantage but not required.
Course Description
This course covers all the fundamentals of using Primavera P6 Rel 8.1 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM). Through a series of lectures, interactive sessions and over 100 hands-on exercises, participants will gain the knowledge and experience they need to use P6 EPPM as an effective project management tool.
