Purpose and Description
An IBR will most likely be an intimidating and stressful experience for any person not well prepared for the event. This class will mitigate all such concerns by providing thorough insight into the process and preparing the participants for all the likely questions and tactics employed during the proceedings.
The course curriculum is prepared by veteran practitioners who have lived through these events in various roles from Control Account Manager (CAM) to program manager. Thus they can provide considerable context, superb coaching and firsthand knowledge that will prove invaluable to participants whatever their role in the process might be.
