Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of earned value management and the earned value tool (MPM, Cobra, etc.) that wInsight Administrator is linked. A working knowledge of wInsight is also helpful.
Description: This course provides an in-depth view of wInsight Administrator functions and features. It provides “how-to” information for setting up new contracts, exporting data from the EV tool, importing data to wInsight Administrator, recalculating, adding/revising shared data and contract data, validating data, and producing the CPR formats.
Format: Instructor led, with hands on activities.
Target Audience: Project Control Administrators and any individuals responsible for administering, managing and supporting the wInsight database and user community.
